Foes of project-labor pacts seek S.D. measure

SAN DIEGO: On the heels of Proposition G’s passage in Chula Vista, an effort for a similar measure to restrict project-labor agreements in the city of San Diego is under way, said Scott Crosby, head of the San Diego chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors.
